How quickly will my refund request be processed?
Once we have received your refund request, along with the tickets and information required for the refund, it will take approximately 4 weeks to process your request following the cancellation of an event.
Please note that certain external factors may delay receipt of your refund, such as :
- The legal retention period for bank transaction data
- The validity of the payment card used at the time of purchase
- Updating your bank details or sending a bank details statement if necessary
- The time required to verify or process bank transfers
- Errors in the address provided to which the refund cheque is sent...
If your refund has not been processed after this time, we encourage you to use our contact form available on the site to report the situation.
Please avoid contacting our teams in the meantime to avoid a volume of requests that could slow down our ability to process refunds efficiently.
Where can I find the refund on my bank statement?
As a general rule, the refund is credited to your account on the date your bank receives the funds.
However, some banks may credit the refund amount on the original ticket purchase date. If you don't see the refund in your account, we advise you to check the bank statement for the date of ticket purchase to ensure that it has been made.
We also invite you to check your bank account from a computer, as some older refunds may not be displayed in all mobile banking applications.
